Network Administrator: Any Location

The Network Administrator performs diagnostic testing and assists in troubleshooting of the bank’s hardware, software and network systems. The Network Administrator will perform the installation and documentation of new hardware and software, including configuration, as well as maintaining, supporting, and documenting existing hardware and software.

The Network Administrator maintains the computing environment by identifying network requirements, installing upgrades, and monitoring systems performance. Install, configure, and support local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN), and Internet systems.

The Network Administrator will also install, modify and make minor repairs to personal computers, and network hardware and software systems and provides technical assistance and training to system users.

Customer Service Manager: Any location

The Customer Service Manager (CSM) will manage the Customer Service Center (CSC) to meet the needs of both internal and external customers through a variety of channels. The CSM will also lead efforts for the ongoing evolution of the CSC as a key group for centralization, efficiency and enhanced customer experience.

The Customer Service Manager will report to the Director of Retail and actively lead and/or participate in projects and initiatives that involve the CSC to create a culture of service excellence and innovation. The Customer Service Manager will build volume and service level-based staffing and training models and establish department goals that can be directly linked to organizational strategy and objectives.

Personal Banker: Baudette, MN

The Personal Banker will help deepen customer relationships, attract additional customers and improve customer service. This Personal Banker is responsible for opening new deposit accounts, selling additional products to customers and supporting the overall sales efforts of the bank.

The Personal Banker is also responsible for completing sales activities to help attract new customers, including sending letters to customers and prospects, soliciting banking relationships, developing prospect lists, and other tasks as requested. The Personal Banker will also assist as back-up teller when needed.

This job requires skills needed in an office environment. A high school diploma is required. Previous customer service/sales experience (2-3 years) required.

Senior Credit Analyst: Any location

The Senior Credit Analyst will serve as a multifaceted resource in the credit administration process. The Senior Credit Analyst will review and analyze the Bank’s loan portfolio and loan loss reserve as well as complete other special projects assigned from Senior Management.

The Senior Credit Analyst will support credit analysts and lenders by completing/reviewing loan presentations ensuring accuracy, consistency and adherence to loan policy. The Senior Credit Analyst will assist the bank by identifying potential risk from within the bank’s loan portfolio and alerting the appropriate personnel of such risk. The Senior Credit Analyst will also supervise the Credit Analysts.

  • Five or more years of credit, lending experience or related business experience.
