The Teller is responsible for handling customer transactions. This will include taking deposits, withdrawals, and transfers. Support customers with maintenance questions concerning their accounts to include balance inquiries, statement requests, address changes, check orders and the like.
This job requires skills needed in an office environment. A high school diploma is required. Previous work-related experience is a plus, but we are willing to train and invest in our employees. Occasional Saturday work is required. Come join our great team!
The President is responsible for developing and servicing commercial loan and deposit volumes for the market in which it operates. As part of this, the President is responsible for public relations and generation of new business in accordance with the goals and objectives of the bank.
The President is responsible for deepening customer relationships with existing customers and helping to attract prospects to the bank. An understanding of account relationships is necessary along with making sales calls to solicit additional product sales and following up with delinquent loans to maintain the quality of the loan portfolio.
In addition, the President is responsible for branch administration duties, which include working with applicable department managers on hiring of staff for the location, completing annual performance evaluations and coaching/mentoring staff. The President will develop and implement the annual budget and coordinate employee training with appropriate staff to ensure that all applicable policies and regulations are known and followed.
The President will assure that the properties and facilities are kept in accordance with bank standards for appearance, cleanliness and safety, will also be responsible for overall branch security and will make certain all employees are aware of the disaster recovery process for the branch.
The President will actively participate in community and civic organizations to represent the bank in the community. As part of the management team, the President will help set bank direction and strategy, as well as work on many bank administrative initiatives.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of banking industry experience
- Strong business development skills
- Knowledge of lending products, documents, procedures, laws & regulations
- Good oral and written communication skills
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ties to the Northern Minnesota area are preferred.
