The President is responsible for developing and servicing loan and deposit volumes for the market in which it operates. As part of this, the President is responsible for public relations and generation of new business in accordance with the goals and objectives of the bank. This position is located in Roseau, MN.
The President is responsible for deepening customer relationships with existing customers and helping to attract prospects to the bank. An understanding of account relationships is necessary along with making sales calls to solicit additional product sales and following up with delinquent loans to maintain the quality of the loan portfolio.
In addition, the President is responsible for branch administration duties, which include working with applicable department managers on hiring of staff for the location, completing annual performance evaluations and coaching/mentoring staff. The President will develop and implement the annual budget and coordinate employee training with appropriate staff to ensure that all applicable policies and regulations are known and followed.
The President will assure that the properties and facilities are kept in accordance with bank standards for appearance, cleanliness and safety, will also be responsible for overall branch security and will make certain all employees are aware of the disaster recovery process for the branch.
The President will actively participate in community and civic organizations to represent the bank in the community.
As part of the management team, the President will help set bank direction and strategy, as well as work on many bank administrative initiatives.
The Teller is responsible for servicing customers in all teller functions and will need to understand compliance regulations related to applicable bank services. The Teller is also responsible for selling additional products to customers and prospects and supporting the overall sales efforts of the bank.
The Personal Banker will help deepen customer relationships, attract additional customers and improve customer service. This Personal Banker is responsible for opening new deposit accounts, selling additional products to customers and supporting the overall sales efforts of the bank.
The Loan Support/Personal Banker is responsible for opening new deposit accounts, selling additional products to customers and supporting the overall sales efforts of the bank. The Loan Support/Personal Banker will also provide administrative support to the lending department.
The Internal Auditor will perform, from planning to completion, operational, compliance and financial audits. The Internal Auditor will also conduct risk assessments and perform internal control testing to ensure risk is appropriately mitigated, make recommendations for the enhancement and improvement of control procedures to management and assist with coordination of external audits and internal risk assessments.
The Network Administrator performs diagnostic testing and assists in troubleshooting of the bank’s hardware, software and network problems. The Network Administrator will perform the installation of new and existing hardware products, including configurations.
The Network Administrator will: maintain the computing environment by identifying network requirements, install upgrades, monitor network performance, install, configure and support local area network (LAN), wide area network (WAN) and Internet system/network system, maintain network hardware and software, monitor network to ensure availability to all system users and perform necessary maintenance to support.
